NPS surveys
A survey slides in as a card in the bottom corner of the page — it isn't anchored to an element like a tour step or tooltip. It asks the recommend question on a scale you pick, optionally follows up with an open-text question, says thanks, and won't re-ask until the re-survey window has passed.
What it looks like
The card slides into the bottom corner over your page — question, scale, submit, done.
Three rating scales
NPS 0–10
The classic net-promoter scale: 0–6 detractors, 7–8 passives, 9–10 promoters.
Numeric 1–5
A shorter 1–5 rating when you want less friction than a full NPS scale.
Emoji
Five sentiment emojis — the fastest tap-to-answer format.
Where and when it appears
- URL pattern
- Show the survey only on matching pages (wildcards supported).
- Audience targeting
- Filter by user attributes the embed sends — this demo identifies every visitor with
plan: "pro". - Re-survey window
- How many days to wait before asking the same visitor again.
- Position & dismiss
- Bottom-left or bottom-right, dismissible or not.
This demo generates a fresh visitor id on every page load, so a show-once survey re-appears on each reload — handy for demos, unlike real life.
